Bedford PTG Ski and Skate Sale 2009
November 21nd 9:00AM – 2:00PM
Join the Bedford community at the Bedford High School for a consignment sale of new and used ski and boarding equipment, skates and clothing. The PTG keeps 20% of the sale price.
Whether you have ski, snowboard or skate equipment needs, apparel needs, or want to sell your own equipment, this sale is for you. Joining the sale are ski merchants Buchikas, Centre Ski and Bike, Ken Jones Ski Mart, Rodgers Ski and Sport, Sport Loft, Sports Outlet, and Sport Thoma. They will bring NEW and USED equipment at HUGE savings along with their expertise in fitting the right ski, board and boots to your ability. Bedford’s PTG Ski and Skate Sale is a MUST for anyone in the market for ski, skate, snowboarding equipment or apparel. The savings and selection are unbelievable. While you are at the sale, enjoy refreshments and enter the annual raffle for your chance to win lift tickets, ski equipment, apparel and many other products from local businesses. Bring the family and get outfitted for the upcoming winter season.
SELL YOUR EQUIPMENT – make space for new equipment!
If you want to sell your equipment or apparel, you may drop it off at the Bedford High School on Nashua Road in Bedford on Friday, November 20th between 5:00PM and 8:00PM. We will not accept straight skis and outdated boots.
Tips for selling your items. You will be tagging your items individually and will need to bring the following to expedite the process: 1. Self Addressed Mailing labels to attach to each tag. 2. Money to purchase the tags. Fee is based on total amount of items you are selling.
0-5 Items = $3.00
6-10 Items = $4.00
11-15 Items = $5.00
16 &up Items = $8.00
We will have volunteers to help guide you through the tagging process and provide “suggested” prices for equipment and clothing.
Be sure to come back from 2:30 – 3:30PM on Saturday, November 22nd to pick up any unsold items and cash or check for 80% of the sale price for your sold items. At 3:45PM sharp, all merchandise will be donated to local charities, so be prompt in returning to collect your unsold items.
Get Involved - Volunteers are needed from 5:00-8:00PM on Friday, November 20th and from 8:00AM – 4:30pm on the day of the sale, Saturday, November 21st.
