Sail Gloucester will also organize the events and festivals associated with visiting Tall Ships this July in its first ever festival – Sail Gloucester Fourth of July Celebration – from July 4-7, 2009. With one Class A Tall Ship confirmed – the Barque Picton Castle – Sail Gloucester will welcome other Tall Ships based upon availability and first come, first served basis over these festival dates.

Welcome of Tall Ships and Sailing Vessels, Saturday, July 4, 2009
Ship Deck Tours, Cruiseport Gloucester located at 6 Rowes Wharf, July 4-6 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Blessing of the Ships, Tuesday, July 7 at 9:30 a.m.
Farewell to Gloucester – Ships Sail South to Boston, Tuesday, July 7, 2009
