Details:	Tour Cape Cod's only microbrewery! Learn how beer is made. Tours are free and open to all ages. Tour takes about 45 minutes. Must be 21 to sample. Children must be supervised. Our brewery currently consists of a 15 bbl direct fired brewhouse purchased in 2008 from Premier Stainless Systems and 7 x 30 bbl and 4 x 15 bbl fermenters. We have a maximum annual capacityof approximately 8,000 barrels and expect to brew in the vicinity of 4,000 barrels in 2010, up from 3,200 in 2009. We brew on average 10 times a week during the high season, and about half that during the off season. We self distribute our products within approximately 50 miles of the brewery, encompassing and area from Plymouth to Provincetown.
