15 Kettlebell Swing 70/44#
21 Abmat Sit Ups
Scaled:
9 Box Jump Over 24/20"
15 Kettlebell Swing 53/35#

*Alternate each movement with partner (must tag hands between each movement)

“Woolly Rhino Reconnaissance”

In 6 Minutes Complete:
RX:
55 Pull Ups total
1 Rep Max Axle Clean & Jerk (each partner)
Scaled:
55 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Kettlebell) total 70/44#
1 Rep Max Axle Clean & Jerk (each partner)
*Pull Ups/ SDHP can be divided in any manner
*Any order and attempts may be taken to establish 1RM
*Partners must tag hands whenever switching positions
*Score is the combined weight of each partner's heaviest lift

“Moa Militia”

For Time: (7 Minute Cap)
As a team complete:

120 Double Unders
60 Front Squats 135/93#
30 Handstand Push Ups
*Divide the reps in any manner. The non performing partner must be holding an upright handstand position against the wall in order for the reps to count. Partners must tag hands whenever switching positions.
Scaled:
120 Single Unders
60 Front Squats 95/63#
30 Push Ups
*Divide the reps in any manner. The non performing partner must be holding an upright push up position with feet on a 16" box in order for the reps to count. Knees may not come lower than the box. Partners must tag hands whenever switching positions.
