Students Supporting Israel (SSI) is bringing NGOs working in the United States, Europe and the Middle East to let students know how they can translate their motivation into tangible assistance. Come to our event to learn about the crisis and how you can get involved with these organizations and help Syrian refugees.

Emergency Response Centre International (ERCI) is a Greek non-profit organization that provides emergency response and humanitarian aid in times of crisis. ERCI has provided Search and Rescue (SAR) operations both offshore and ashore, helping more than 45,000 refugees reach safety and preventing many casualties in the Aegean’s perilous waters.

NuDay Syria is the natural extension of local efforts in the New England area to help alleviate the humanitarian suffering that has been taking place in Syria since March 2011. It gives special focus to the plight and vulnerability of displaced Syrian women and girls, whose needs are often overlooked and voices not heard.

Amaliah is a New York based NGO founded by Israeli businessman Moti Kahana. Amaliah’s Bus of Angel’s project works on bringing injured and sick Syrian civilians into neighboring countries such as Israel, Jordan and Turkey to be treated. Amaliah also provides food, NFI's (non-food items), water filters and medical supplies to Syrian safe zones.
