The Moonlight Cafe is showcasing on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 8PM, Phil Henry for an exciting evening playing acoustic folk-pop originals and traditional folk classics. He will be joined with Gary Moon on percussion and vocals.
Phil Henry is a singer-songwriter and music educator in southern Vermont. He sings funky, folk-pop acoustic originals which reflect the aspirations and realities of his small-town upbringing. Phil’s most recent CD entitled Folk 2.0, is described as “A nontraditional look at traditional folk music" and features contemporary arrangements of some of American folk music’s favorite songs.
The Moonlight Cafe at the Hartness House is an acoustic, soft music, listening cafe featuring the best of New England's acoustic instrumental, folk, country, blues, jazz, and eclectic music. The cafe features comfortable seating and serves light fare and full bar service. When the cafe has a performance, doors open at 7PM with the performance starting at 8PM. |
