| Details: | In town for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta? Join us for a hot air balloon themed cookie decorating class! Local cookie artist Katie Sacoman will guide you through decorating three sugar cookies with royal icing. This class will include a quick review of basic outlining and flooding, as well as some floral and leaf techniques.
