| Details: | Pioneers For Women is hosting our first outdoor education workshop and we are thrilled to have you join us. Denali Strabel will be educating on all things Ultra Trail Running. She will go over basic tips and tricks to make it through winter training and getting to the start line of an ultra!
Learning Objectives:
-Winter training routes in the Anchorage area
-Nutrition
-Gear
-The importance of crew
-Mindset to complete any distance
Denali also has a YouTube playlist of great ultra videos that she will be sharing. Join us for a post workshop run on the Coastal Trail. The duration of the run will be 45 minutes to an hour long.
