Join us for a quiet morning of practice at Sansui-ji temple or online.
Our Simple Sit programs are just that: simply sitting (and walking) in meditation.
No dokusan interviews, minimal ritual. A quiet simple retreat for grounding in deeply.
This program is offered on the 2nd Sundays of July and August while our weekly Sunday Program is on summer hiatus.
If you haven't sat with us we recommend attending one of the weekly practice meetings and requesting an orientation to our style of meditation and our forms and procedures.
