| Details: | What makes a class therapeutic? What elements help guide your students towards a deeper connection to themselves? Led by Hilary McIlvene (E-RYT-500, YACEP, LMT) this training will teach you how to add therapeutic aspect to any style of yoga. We’ll dive deep into restorative yoga , yin yoga, nervous system regulation, skeletal variations and much more. Enrich your skill-set in guiding your students towards self-discovery, reflection, and a greater sense of well-being.
$475/module or $1350 for all three
MODULE I RESTORATIVE YOGA
Learn the role of the nervous system and the purpose of restorative yoga as well as the postures, use of props and designing well rounded classes.
