On and off the stage, the musicians of the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra are role models for a vision of possibility. On stage, their achievements were heralded by Boston Magazine as the Best Classical Ensemble of 2019. Off stage, many share their passion for music through our Crescendo education and community engagement programs, which serve over 2,000 children each year. And throughout the past two challenging years, their creative spirit and energy was center stage as they mentored musicians in our community and gathered virtually to keep their musical journey thriving.
