Format:
Standard Commander

What is Standard Commander?:
Standard Commander follows commander rules but only includes standard legal cards and commander legal cards printed during standard sets.

Prizing:
Promo Packs to Top place finishers while supplies last and prizes awarded at Closing Ceremonies on 1/20/23 and includes booster packs and custom gaming supplies.

Notes About League:

Jared Carthalion is banned in league as the community determined he is too powerful.

Since players are keeping their pools for the foreseeable future, we are digitizing everyone's card pools utilizing the MTG Card Manager app produced by Dragon Shield.

Players will be given 24hrs to export any additions to their card pools granted by an event utilizing the MTG Card Manager's export to csv feature or using an Excel sheet/Google sheets and sending the updated pool to mimicscommanderleague@gmail.com . This means that if an event starts at 6:30pm you will have till 6:30pm the next day to submit your updated card pool. Failure to do so will forfeit the cards from entering your commander league pool.

Trades are to be submitted via email to mimicscommanderleague@gmail.com no later than midnight on Thursday before League Fridays. Trades done on Friday before league will not be legal till the following league day. This is to ensure league organizers have enough time to process trades within player pools. If we notice any card price discrepancies or trading of cards that don't exist we will follow up with players for more information. League organizers will try to respond to trade emails with approved statuses if time allows.

We will also open up additional events during the week as opportunities to add cards to your card pool to help newer players catch up and build their collections. These will hopefully be announced a few weeks in advance.
