The spring equinox is an event that marks the first day of springtime and the beginning of the astrological calendar. This changing of the seasons represents new beginnings and a rebirth of our energy. In this 90-minute class, we will find a dynamic and powerful vinyasa practice with extra time for yin and resorative poses in the second half of class. This balanced practice is intended to ignite our inner fire and set intentions for the new season, while giving us space to release all that no longer serves us from the winter months. |
