By relying upon the meditation practice of Buddha Heruka we can swiftly attain a selfless joy and bring true happiness to ourself and others. Gen Khedrub will share practical instructions on Heruka body mandala practice and offer guided meditations on both generation stage and completion stage.
This course is open to everyone who has received a Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment, or who has a sincere wish to learn more about the relaxing and uplifting meditations that Buddha taught in his Tantric teachings and attain this empowerment in the near future.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at education@meditationinboston.org
Gen Kelsang Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for almost 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone. |
