Time: Saturday at 4:00 PM warmups start right at 4, then we bench as soon as the bars are hot.
This isnt a competition its a celebration. Bench for the Board is about chasing personal bests with your crew. The vibe is electric enough to push you past your limits, but supportive enough that every rep gets cheered on.
No divisions. No entry fee. Just show up ready to press heavy and have some fun. If you want to chase bodyweight ratio achievements, well have a voluntary weigh-in option otherwise, load the bar and get after it.
After the lifting, stick around for The Feast brisket and turkey provided, and everyone else brings something to share. Think of it as a holiday party meets strongman cookout. PRs on the platform, community at the table.
