North Shore CAP has selected Essex County Community Foundation (ECCF) to receive the Presidential Award. This award recognizes an organization’s exemplary contribution to alleviate the hardships of poverty in our community. ECCF has been paramount in supporting our anti-poverty work during these unprecedented times and simply embodies the very essence of this award. |
