| Details: | Join Jacqui Bonwell for a Restorative Chakra Cleanse Evening Retreat. Using Sound, Restoration, Yoga Nidra and different approaches to meditation we will move you towards the greatest energetic, physical, mental and emotional alignment we possibly can.
Restorative Yoga is WONDERFUL for regular Vinyasa practitioners to take their neural networks in a different direction. THIS is how we truly grow!! So, bloom where you are planted. Go slow and GROW!
