| Details: | Every 2nd and 4th Friday, Karen Fox leads a Music Meditation sound bath. Immerse yourself in a serene environment where the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks and other indigenous instruments wash over you. Guided meditation will help you release stress and tension, balance your energy, and foster a sense of inner peace and clarity.
Bring water, a yoga mat, and a small towel (we will have extras if you need them). Wear comfy clothes you can move in.
