| Details: | The ServSafe Manager in-person training is conducted throughout Connecticut in a one day, 8-hour session in a professional, conference atmosphere. Our instructors have an excellent record of success, with over 90 of learners passing the ServSafe Manager exam on their first attempt.
All restaurants in Connecticut are required to have a certified food protection manager on staff. The ServSafe Manager course will certify you as a Certified Food Protection Manager, formerly known as the QFO. This certification meets the state requirement.
