| Details: | The Art of Wellbeing is back reimagined as a cozy, caf-style creative experience for our community.
Think of it like visiting a caf but instead of ordering food, you choose from a menu of mindful creative experiences designed to support ease, connection, and nervous system wellbeing.
The Art Caf
Choose a self-guided creative activity from our art menu.
We provide all materials and simple guidance so you can create at your own pace. (Kids menu available.)
Mindful Experiences
During each caf session, we offer a short, optional mindful experience which may include gentle movement, sound, or meditation. Welcoming to all bodies and experience levels.
This is not a traditional class.
Its a shared creative space where youre welcome to drop in briefly or stay awhile.
Walk-ins welcome as space and supplies allow
Reservations encouraged to ensure materials and session availability
