I’m a Las Cruces native, digital media marketing consultant, and playful soul. I started practicing yoga in 2015 as a form of exercise and way to rehabilitate from years of running/cross-fit.
I traveled to Seattle, WA to become a certified Kids Yoga Teacher in 2018 and received my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 right here in NM. I continue to find a deeper connection with myself the more I learn, practice and teach.
My teaching offers a space for students to connect with themselves through body awareness, exploration of breath and an open and joyful practice! Students can expect to leave class feeling energized and light. |
