*The Reiki hand positions.
*Reiki attunement - this is when your Reiki 1 healing frequencies are activated.
*Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others.
*The start to the Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui.
*Guided practice time.
