| Details: | Cosmic yoga Fridays with Noel Allure Barrott guides students at every age and ability level to stretch and deeply align the body, increasing mobility and stability while unlocking your body's potential for developing strength and balance in new ways. Practicing cosmic yoga will allow students to heal from the inside out and feel more grounded, present and alive.
Noel Allure Barrott received his 200 hour certification from Atmananda Yoga Studio yoga after 5yrs of practicing yoga and has a background in dance as a performer and fitness instructor. His general love for the body and its health has led him to go deeper into yoga, in order to protect the joints, increase flexibility, strengthen and tone the body while lowering stress. Noel’s classes focuses on mindfulness, listening to your individual body and at the same time balancing external strength while using the pranayama breathe control as a guiding flow. |
