| Details: | Join Museum, The Shire of Stonegate, and the Kingdom of Artemisia for a celebration of the Fall Equinox! The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) is an educational nonprofit dedicated to recreating pre-17th century culture as it should have been. During the Mabon Festival, visitors will experience:
Warriors fighting in combat armor
Artisans demonstrate varied activities (medieval music and sewing)
Artifacts and reproductions from many cultures represented in the SCA
Children can try on the garb
Coloring pages to create an illuminated manuscript alongside one of our scribes
