What Athletes Can Expect
• 4 hours of focused on-ice skills training
Camp Structure and Curriculum
Each day includes two hours of intensive on-ice training. All sessions are led by our expert team of hockey performance specialists, ensuring players train like the pros.
• Hour 1: Focused on refining skating mechanics, balance, and agility in a puck-free environment, allowing players to sharpen their technique and develop better body control.
• Hour 2: Players incorporate puck control skills into gameplay scenarios and small area scrimmages, enhancing overall coordination and elevating hockey IQ.
