Celebrate the start of the season with this European-inspired outdoor Christmas Market, featuring a curated collection of America’s most respected artisans alongside traditional German food, drink, and entertainment.

This year’s Artisan Hall will showcase cherished returning exhibitors and exciting new talent, including Will Moses (Americana folk art), Stephen Earp (historical redware pottery), Dad’s Follies (antique chocolate moulds), Stenciling by Michele (floorcloths and colonial décor), Kathy Rossacci (felted wool sculptures), and Belsnickel Bells (handmade leather and brass bell straps). From Germany, Ino Schaller will present hand-crafted paper mâché figures, continuing a four-generation family legacy of artistry and tradition.

A highlight for 2025 will be a special booth dedicated to angels, featuring exquisitely detailed figures imported from Italy—many of which were personally hand-selected by Gary and Judi Vaillancourt during their travels abroad. In addition to these remarkable Italian pieces, we are pleased to reintroduce our Chalkware hanging angel and our exclusive Polish glass angel collection, offering collectors a rare opportunity to explore heavenly inspiration from around the world.

For those looking to refresh their holiday décor, the Feather Tree Forest returns with a new presentation. Feather trees—first created in late 19th-century Germany as a sustainable alternative to live evergreens—are among the earliest artificial Christmas trees, cherished for their historic charm and simplicity. Made from dyed feathers and wire, they reflect a conservation-minded tradition that perfectly complements our mission to preserve and celebrate timeless Christmas heritage.

This year, the Feather Tree Forest will feature custom-made 24” and 60” feather trees, accompanied by curated groupings of historically inspired ornaments designed to evoke the nostalgic elegance of a bygone era and the enduring beauty of tradition in holiday decorating.

We are also proud to announce a new partnership with Keramik Vilius of Lithuania, who has collaborated with Vaillancourt Folk Art to produce an exclusive line of handcrafted ceramic houses. Established in 1991, Vilius has specialized in ceramic candle houses since 1994, creating more than 1,500 unique models inspired by European landmarks such as Neuschwanstein Castle, Bamberg Cathedral, and Strasbourg’s Kammerzell House.

Each piece—crafted from Lithuanian clay and finished with glazes that meet EU standards—is individually modeled, fired, and glazed by hand, making every house one of a kind. Designed for both beauty and function, many hold candles or fragrance oils that gently release aroma as they warm. This collaboration unites generations of Lithuanian pottery tradition with Vaillancourt’s enduring commitment to craftsmanship and Christmas artistry.

Outdoors, enjoy the festive Christmas Bar & Grill, featuring Nürnberger glühwein in collectible mugs, holiday beers, and classic German sausages with grilled onions and peppers. Complement your visit with treats from Fraulein’s Bakery (authentic German baked goods), Crust Bakeshop (artisan breads and pastries), and the ever-popular Chimney Cake Booth, serving freshly baked Transylvanian-style sweets.

The decorated Outdoor Pavilion will be adorned with live Christmas trees and Moravian stars, creating a warm and inviting setting for gathering with friends and family.

The Market stage will once again feature live performances by two beloved ensembles:
– The Tubafrau Hofbräu Band (performing from 11:00am to 3:00pm both days)
– The Bavarian Brothers Trio (Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday from 3:30pm to 7:00pm)

Their authentic German music will fill the air with festive cheer, ushering in the spirit of the Christkindlesmarkt and transporting visitors to the heart of the Bavarian forest—where the Christmas tree tradition was born.

More than just entertainment, these performances enrich the Market’s old-world ambiance, evoking the warmth and nostalgia of Europe’s most celebrated Christkindlmarkets—a perfect backdrop for enjoying fine art, handcrafted gifts, and the true joy of the season.

Tickets include access to the Outdoor Pavilion, Artisan Hall, and the Vaillancourt Retail Gallery—fully transformed for the holidays with Chalkware collectibles, ornaments, and timeless gifts. Admissions are staggered to ensure a relaxed and comfortable pace, though guests are welcome to stay as long as they wish.
