| Details: | The Get Down is a Sunday morning dance led by Stephanie and built around songs that move you. The music starts when you walk in, giving you time to arrive and settle before the playlist moves through energy, release, play, softness, and return.
There is no choreography and no right way to move. Dance, stretch, sweat, shake, sing along, rest, stay close to the floor, or do almost nothing. The music gives the shape and your body chooses the way.
The Get Down is a focused, respectful dance space. There are no phones, cameras, talking, or street shoes on the dance floor. Consent is expected when engaging with others. Wait for a clear yes before approaching someone to dance and respect a no immediately.
No dance experience is needed. Come as you are. Move as you are.
