| Details: | The Hula Hoop Workshop is part of the Outer Cape Dance Festival and is led by acclaimed circus artist and performer Elena Lev. Participants will explore the basics of hoop manipulation, including turning the hoop on hands and around the body through playful, meditative, and movement-based exercises. The workshop is designed for adult dancers and movers interested in learning Elena Lev’s unique technique. Hoops are provided, and attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing suitable for movement.
