This spring, Open Streets ICT returns to the WSU Shocker Neighborhood, transforming nearly two miles of 17th Street into a lively, people-powered celebration of community, movement, and wellness. With the street closed to traffic, the space comes aliveperfect for walking, biking, skating, running, dancing, and discovering all the fun along the way.
Theres truly something for everyone! Enjoy mouthwatering eats from local food trucks, soak in live music and high-energy performances, and explore neighborhood businesses and community organizations lining the route. Every step, roll, and groove helps activate our streets and supports a healthier, more connected Wichita.
