Feeling wired but tired, carrying the weight of work, caregiving, and everyday demands?
This is your invitation to pause.
Through these sessions, we will gather in a nurturing, supportive space designed for women ready to move beyond survival mode and into deep, embodied peace. Together, well gently release stored tension, reconnect with a sense of safety in the body, and practice the art of radical rest.
This Self-Care Sista Circle is for the woman who:

Struggles to quiet her mind at night
