| Details: | The Middlesex County Office of Aging and Disabled Services invites residents to attend the 2026 Caregiver Mindfulness Retreat on Friday, June 26, from 10 am to 1 pm at Merrill Park in Colonia.
This annual free event is designed to help caregivers focus on self-care and mindfulness. Caregivers will learn tips to overcome caregiver burnout while enjoying the peaceful outdoors.
Registration is required and will close on Friday, June 19, 2026.
