| Details: | The 25th St. Spyridon Greek Festival is set to "make port" from June 19–21, 2026, marking a milestone celebration of 50 years of tradition at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Worcester, MA. This biennial community landmark transforms Russell Street into a vibrant cultural hub, inviting over 10,000 visitors to experience the sights, sounds, and tastes of Greece—rain or shine—under the largest outdoor tent in New England. Guests can indulge in authentic cuisine ranging from savory lamb shank and moussaka to honey-drizzled loukoumades, all while enjoying live performances from traditional Greek dancers and live greek bands. Beyond the food and music, the festival offers immersive experiences including guided tours of the historic Cathedral with Father Christopher Stamas and the Agora marketplace featuring unique crafts from local vendors. Families can also enjoy the Kid’s Fest area, complete with a mechanical bull ride, bouncy houses and carnival games, ensuring entertainment for all ages. Located directly across from Elm Park at 102 Russell Street, the event remains a cornerstone of Central Massachusetts' cultural calendar, supporting the church's various educational and philanthropic programs. |
