Another way of seeing and being seen."Darshan Trio re-envisions chamber music with unusual pairings of classical and new music, creating new "mosaic programs" - ways of experiencing a concert program, juxtaposing the works of Reena Esmail with Felix Mendelssohn, Arvo Pärt with Beethoven and Peteris Vasks, and new arrangements of the baroque trio sonatas of Couperin with the searing finale of Ravel's piano trio. |
