Welcome to the 2MindfulGirls Kids Yoga Studio Open House! Join us on **Sat Sep 7 2024** at 31 Harvard St. for a fun-filled day of yoga and mindfulness activities for kids. Bring your little ones to experience the benefits of yoga in a playful and engaging environment. We will will lead the children through various poses and breathing exercises to help them relax and focus. Don't miss out on this opportunity to introduce your kids to the wonderful world of yoga! Afterwards, meet Lisa and Ava and tour the Worcester Center for Mindfulness! Ava's children's books will be available for purchase as well, and we will be taking sign ups for fall classes and events!
