Kids Yoga Spa Mini Camp @ 2MindfulGirls
Adult Spa Yoga @ Mindful Center for Living (same building as 2MindfulGirls) with Lake Life Yoga
Come alone OR with your child! These are two separate events happening at the same time! Kids will practice relaxing yoga poses, play games, make essential oil products, and eye pillows. Adults will be upstairs practicing relaxing floor based yoga, guided meditation, hands on assists, and have tea and chocolate!
