| Details: | Chronic stress causes your adrenal glands to become over worked and unable to produce enough hormones, leaving you tired and with brain fog.
During this event we will allow our bodies to rest with restorative yoga along with tuning fork therapy with each pose. We will also be having a half hour of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowl healing to rest your energy fields. Each person will receive an adrenal cocktail at the end along with a mini stress relief kit.
