| Details: | Green Chile roasting is still happening daily at Big Jim Farms. Get your green chile in any variety and quantity. We have mild, medium, hot, and extra hot varieties available for roasting. We can roast a full 40 LB sack for $45 and $5 to roast, a bushel for $30 and $5 to roast, or a half bushel for $20 and $5 to roast. Also, if you have an EBT card, we can offer Double Up Food Bucks that gives you Buy on Get One Free. You will take home 2 and only get charged for 1!
Green Chile Roasting will be happening while supply lasts depending on freeze.
We are also roasting fresh red chile (price varies) and autumn roast.
