Here are safety protocols created by the City of Alpharetta & Lift Yoga:
No congregating- please come to your mat and stay 6' apart from other people
Masks are required (okay to be removed once you're on your mat)
Hand sanitizer will be provided at the sign in sheet.
Bring your own mat & water.
These classes are for all levels, FREE, FUN and brought to you by the City of Alpharetta and all your favorite instructors at Lift Yoga!
So, grab your mat, a bottle of water, a friend-- and head to Wills Park Recreation Center!! |
