| Details: | Have you been curious about trying breathwork but not sure if its for you?
This group session is a great way to try breathwork in a safe setting with an experienced facilitator.
What can I expect?
I will explain and demonstrate the breathing technique and explain what happens to your body during the breathing.
I will be there to guide you, cheer you on, and ensure you feel comfortable and safe.
You will do very powerful circular breathing for about 30 minutes ending in a 15 minute calm relaxed meditation
You will enjoy organic herbal tea post session
