| Details: | As a lead in to National Rescue Dog Day which is May 20 this free family event on May 14 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. will include pet adoption organizations, kid’s activity and play area, Anaheim Police Department K9 Unit Demonstration, and vendors with animal related products. Every child in attendance will receive a free Tails that Teach book, written by Lisa Wiehebrink, founder of National Rescue Dog Day.
