| Details: | Out On Film's 38th annual LGBTQIA+ film festival opens with the extraordinary documentary "I Was Born This Way," about gay recording artist Carl Bean and the legacy of his gay anthem "I Was Born This Way" and features such films as the Irish comedy "Four Mothers," Russell Tovey in the drama/thriller "Plainclothes," "Lesbian Space Princess," Tuc Watkins and an all-star cast in "Exit Interviews," Margaret Cho, Cheyenne Jackson and "Pose's" Dominique Jackson in the campy "Queens of the Dead," a 10 year anniversary screening of "Blackbird" with a Q and A with director Patrik-Ian Polk and the cast of the film, the presentation of the Icon Award to "Pose" star/transgender activist Angelica Ross, a Horror Night, John Lithgow and Olivia Colman in the beautiful "Jimpa" and more than 100 short films from around the world |
