| Details: | Join Margo for a breakdown of the most common elements found in flow-style classes. This workshop is intended for new and experienced yogis alike who would like to pause the flow pace for a chance to check alignment, breathing, and transitions along the way.
It is your opportunity to really delve into ujayii breathing, “your vinyasa”, and discover which variation of the sun salutation postures is best for you. Leave feeling a little more empowered to
let your flow best suit YOU in your next (or first) vinyasa class.
RYTs attending will also learn how to better serve the variety of abilities they have in their mixed-level Vinyasa classes. - and earn CEUs for your Yoga Alliance registration! |
