Details: | The focus is on continuing to learn tap steps, then incorporating the steps into a series of combinations. Tap dance is for any age, but is a perfect dance style to learn as an adult. It can be a great workout, strengthening the legs and feet, while increasing mobility in the hips, knees, and ankles. It can help improve balance and coordination. It is also extremely beneficial to cognitive functioning.
Dress Code: Tap shoes recommended but not required to get started. Wear a shoe with a low hard heal or sneakers. Comfortable clothing. Date & Time: Wednesdays, January 18 – February 22, 11:45am – 12:45pm Cost: $148 for 6-week workshop
