Join this welcoming New Year's workshop to reconnect with yourself and find new steadiness and meaning, especially in uncertain and uncomfortable moments. Yoga Instructor Collette OM and Cile Spelce, founder of Cile of Joy and the MidLight Rises experience, will guide you through creative and sensory exercises focused on both uncomfortable and positive emotions, group reflection, gentle restorative yoga, and sound healing to help your nervous system find balance. You'll move your thoughts and feelings out of your head, through your body, and onto the page, using color, shape, and words as your toolkit for self-discovery. Don't worry, it's not an art class!
This is your invitation to pause, let go of perfection, and simply show up as you are. Come kick off the New Year filled with presence, creativity, gentle reflection, and restoration. |
