Details: | Pom Fitness is a high-energy, dance fitness class that uses traditional pom movements just like you would see from the dancers on the sidelines at a basketball or football game. In this all-levels, 4-week cardio-packed class you will learn how to move with poms and get a great upper body workout. Learn strong arm movements and have fun dancing, learning short pom routines set to pop music, and getting fit!
