Workshop format: Theory, demonstration, followed by facilitating and experiencing each process learned with multiple class participants (even if you attend with a partner). This is designed to give you the widest variety of experiences.

Modern NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Neuroscience are powerful concepts. It is said by many to contain the most accessible, positive, and useful aspects of modern psychology. It is key to virtually every aspect of interpersonal relations. It utilizes spoken language and body language and enables you to change the thoughts and feelings of yourself and those around you in a predictable way. It affords more effective communication and displacement of resistance.

Many leading businesses, including most of the Fortune 500 companies in the US, are already using Neuroscience to enhance business relations, increase sales, negotiate deals and improve the well-being of their employees. Here are some examples: Diners Club, American Express, Fiat, and BMW.

The US Military, US Intelligent Agencies, Major League Baseball teams, NFL players, and Olympic Athletes all use it.

-How to use language effectively to engage and influence clients and colleagues

-Quickly establish rapport and displace any resistance

-How to use a simple communication model to ensure that you always get your message heard

-Quickly connect with others, creating openness and trust

- Develop language flexibility to communicate well in different circumstances

-Elegantly disagree with others, while maintaining great rapport

-Negotiate and influence with elegance and gain agreement

-Sell an idea or product using the 6-step Sales Process and increase the number of sales
