This is held at a Private Yoga Studio space in Mid City Baton Rouge. Space is very limited and exact location will be emailed to you before your class.

This 7 hour course will give you the tools to become a Reiki Level I practitioner.

We will cover the history of the Master Usui lineage, how to use Reikis natural healing energy for self-healing, pain and stress reduction, and increase well-being for yourself and others.

Intuitive awareness learning about the chakra system and an energetic protocol for self maintenance and a chair Reiki protocol for use with others.

Through the practice of Reiki you will have the tools to properly shield yourself before teaching group classes or private clients, or anywhere you are holding energetic space.

Adding the benefit of Reiki to your classes will enhance your students' experience and your energetic resilience.

Not a Yoga teacher? No worries- this is an entry-level course suitable for everyone who is interested in tapping into their intuition and natural healing abilities. You are welcome in this space.
