| Details: | Cody Reel & Sarah Kennedy are bringing you a HOT dance series focused on empowerment, body positivity & releasing your inner sexy goddess!
What to expect?
Your instructors will take you through a dance/twerk series just in time for Valentine's Day! You will be taught 'twerking 101', a choreographed dance that we breakdown over the 4-week period & perform at the final class. Performing not required.
When:
Friday night 5:30-7pm starting Jan 20 - Feb 10, 2023.
Attire:
Comfortable clothing! Anything that allows free movement! Socks or bare feet.
Absolutely everyBODY is welcome. No experience required. This class is designed to let loose and get out of your comfort zone!
