Take some self-care time for YOU! 60 Min Vinyasa Yoga Blend class will incorporate warming sun salutations, challenging strength and balance postures, along with mindful focus and meditation to cleanse the body and calm the mind. This active style of yoga links breath to movement, allowing one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, gain muscle, improve vitality, relieve stress, or simply decompress, these classes are perfect for all. You'll leave feeling refreshed, revived and renewed!
