| Details: | Born in Co.Tipperary and buried in Burlington, John Lonergan lived a life that spanned the Great Hunger in Ireland, combat in the American War of the Rebellion, and attacks on Canada when he was the head of the Fenian Brotherhood in Vermont. Liam McKone, author of Lonergan's biography, will present a quick-march tour of Irish history, the War of the Rebellion, and efforts to restore the independence of Ireland.
